This here’s my corner of the wild, where I share stories of forgotten trails like Albania’s coves or Bhutan’s misty peaks. If you’ve grabbed something from us—maybe a newsletter subscription, a digital guide, or a tour booking through one of our partners—this policy’s gonna spell out how we handle refunds, so you can roam with peace of mind.

Our Refund Commitment

We’re all about keeping things fair and square. Since EseraTuaolo is mostly about free stories and travel tips, we don’t have much to sell, but if we do—like a premium guide to Namibia’s ghost towns or a subscription for exclusive tales—here’s the deal:

Digital Products (e.g., Guides, Newsletters): These are like maps to hidden gems, crafted with care. Since they’re digital, we can’t take ‘em back once downloaded or accessed. But if something’s gone wrong—like you didn’t get the file or it’s busted—let us know within 7 days, and we’ll make it right, either with a fix or a full refund, no fuss.

Tour Bookings or Partner Services: Sometimes we link up with local operators, like for a trek in Georgia’s highlands. Refunds for those depend on their policies, which we’ll share upfront when you book. Usually, you got 14 days to cancel for a full refund, unless the tour’s already started or the operator’s got stricter rules. We’ll help you sort it out, promise.

How to Request a Refund

If something ain’t right, reach out quick. Drop us a line with your order details, what went wrong, and why you’re asking for a refund. We’ll get back faster than a desert wind, usually within 3-5 business days, to fix things or process your refund. Payments go back the same way you paid—credit card, PayPal, whatever you used.

Exceptions and Fine Print

We wanna keep you happy, but there’s a few things to know:

Non-Refundable Cases: If you’ve already used a digital product (like read the whole guide) or the tour’s done and dusted, refunds might not be possible. Same goes if you just changed your mind after the 7-day window.

Third-Party Services: For bookings through partners (like a kayak tour in Palau), their refund rules apply. We’ll give you all the details when you book, so there’s no surprises.

Currency and Fees: Refunds are in the original currency, but bank fees or exchange rate changes might nibble a bit off the total. That’s outta our control, sorry.

Changes to This Policy

The world’s always shifting, like dunes in Oman, so we might update this policy now and then. Any changes’ll be posted here, with the date at the top, so you know what’s new. If you’ve got a purchase, the policy from when you bought applies.
